Account Manager
(Northamptonshire)
Responsibilities:
• To maintain regular contact with allocated client accounts
• To maintain regular contact with consultants working for allocated client accounts
• To source consultants in line with specifications
• To work within defined SLAs
• To maintain up to date records on clients and consultants
• To track monthly activities with each allocated client account
• To track contractual situations with the consultants and administer contractual extensions where necessary
• To alert the business development team of any new business opportunities
• To ensure all production activities comply with the company’s ISO 9001 quality procedures
Requirements:
• Educated to at least A’ level standard.
• Must be at least GCSE grade C standard in Mathematics and English Language.
• Must be experienced in a customer-facing role.
• Must be very presentable and articulate.
Desirable Skills:
• European foreign languages are useful
• Understanding of IT jargon
