The role
Reporting directly to the Head of PMO, this is a great opportunity to join one of the largest integrated energy and commodity trading companies in the world focusing on a broad range of IT projects across industry-leading technology.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic IT department looking after global cross-team initiatives. Driving change and ensuring alignment across the technology landscape and subsequent projects. Building relationships across the department and focused on business alignment.

You should have a delivery-focused background, with a proven ability to manage various types of IT projects and a desire to identify and develop strategic solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Ownership of portfolio & delivery for key Change and Transformation projects
Strong stakeholder management\ ability to gain user “buy-in”
Drive delivery, whilst ensuring the quality of low-maintenance, high-value solutions
Ensure projects have appropriate business engagement
Planning and reporting of projects
Ensure requirements are correctly interpreted and offer maximum business value
Co-ordination of milestones and appropriate timelines across cross-functional teams
Tracking actions
Manage and track ad hoc IT request internally and externally
Ability to understand the business requirements and actively seek to identify and drive improvements and innovation
Strong stakeholder management including guiding and advising (i.e. strong social interaction) through to C-level alignment
Represent and promote IT, both internally and externally
Actively seek to identify and drive improvements and innovation
Analytical and critical thinking with the ability to problem-solve complex issues

Non-technical skills
Fluent in English and French
Good communication and organizational skills
Passion for technology
Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
